Colourful gradients leopard nail art

This was done on the day of our Malaysia Team's final battle with Japan for Thomas Cup.

Yup.. at first I was preparing to create a Thomas Cup nailart.... But sadly after 2nd Match, was too disappointed to do so jor. Cos chances to win the Cup was getting lesser and I didn't want later the nail art remind me of the sad day.

So I done a simple mani art for Mum instead.. just to "distract" me to shout #$%^& at the TV!! LOL

Leopard pattern was quite norm in nail art world. But honestly I never done it before. Yet it was super simple todo.

For the base I combined few colours to make the gradient more colourful. Sponge it and later add in the leopard pattern.

Quite happy with the result. But hate the cleaning part of the sponge effect. As you can see from the photo, I done a terrible job of cleaning the sides. (~_~)

The products I used, Pink, Yellow, Orange and blue nail lacquer was TheFaceShop which including the black nail pen. The apple green was bought from recent Beauty Fair @ KLCC and the mini orange nail lacquer was OPI - from James Bond set. And lastly the sponge that I used to create the gradient effect.

This was the April mani box but only last few days I have time to use them. 

I love the pattern, but this round it was a transparent version. So it is best to put a colour nail lacqear as a base to enhance the nail wrap's pattern.

However no fuss, this round mani box has included 3 bottles of Color Club nail lacquers as free gifts.

I kind of fall in love with this brand of nail lacquer. It was smooth and only with 2 coats it look pretty sturdy.

After put on the nail wrap, the effect really diff!! I was totally in love with them! Ohh do aware that I mix 2 patterns together - Rising Sun & The Leaf

Blinking pedi ♥

I think this was the first time post my pedi. Honestly I rarely do anything fancy to my toes. Since a simple polish can last me at least a month. 

But I really like this one, everytime I look down, awww my toes look so pretty. It gave a very snowy feeling. So dreamy. ♥♥

But when I took the photo, omg, my feet really in terrible state!! Wuahahaha so ignore my ugly toes but enjoy the simple pedi I done. 

The snow white was bought from a USA indie nail polish maker. She has a monthly mystery box sold at usd20 but the postage to malaysia (as always) cost a bomb, usd14.  I want to blog about it but unfortunately all my photos taken during unboxing was stupidly deleted jor!! So now, too lazy todo again. 

The glitter transparent nail polish was OPI, bought at Shins at 5% discount.

Scratch mani box again!!

The content of the Mani Box

Yes, I subscribed the Scratch's Mani box again. Hahaha think I'm too addicted to it jor.

This month featured Luanna Perez-Garreaud, a fashion stylist and a blogger for a popular style blog LeHappy.

This month mani box was pretty generous. Beside studs, a mini polish and a ring were included. I love the Color Club nail lacquer, it was smooth and the colour was very vivid. Hehe after put it on, I suddenly want to paint a galaxy on top and pair it with the La Lune nail wrap.

The nail polishes I used to create the galaxy nail art. Small cut-off sponges to dab the colours. But mine was makeup sponge which was not too suitable for the desired effect. 

I google a tutorial at Youtube (which have hundreds of choices!) and found one pretty simple to follow by #Zombiekitty

Tatadah! My end result of the Galaxy nail art. Ok mah? It was quite easy todo, just simply use the sponge to layer the colours to create a nebula effect

Owl Nail Art with Ciate

I went to Sephora, KL yesterday. Hehe I love going to Sephora, not for shopping but for nail polish swatches! I can do all ten finger and yet no one bother to disturb me like pestering me to buy anything.

Ok, I'm cheapstake... hmm I should say like one of the blogger I read recently. "I'm not cheapstake but I'm poor" This part true also. LoL

All was Ciate Nail Polishes

Anyhow I love the Ciate nail polish. But eehh RM53 per bottle, neh. However I was not going to waste the lovely polishes. So I painted some branches and simple flower on it. The Owl is a water sticker.

I got tonnes of water nail decal bought from Taobao. They were cheap. A small sheet cost less than RM1.00. 

This is my latest nail art. I still have alot unloaded yet. So for those who love to see more and updated one, please follow my instagram account. Cos sometimes I just too lazy to blog it.

TV Accent Nail Art

This was my 2nd box from Scratch.it. Ya... a big dig in my wallet but I think it was worth it.

Here is my first box review. 

For this Jan 14 mani box, 3 special gifts was given. A silver nail polish, a "spec" midi ring and a fine nail art brush. 

I used the silver nail polish as base colour and its nail art brush to paint my middle ring's nail art. I love the nail art brush cos it was fine enough to paint the small detail on the nail. Quite glad to own it and to add it to my nail brush collection (^^)

*Ahem* I tagged my result on the Instagram and earned me a feature on their own account. Got 299 likes! Okay, it was not much compare to others, but I was really happy lor. At least have some recognition on my works.

Christmas Nail Art

My Xmas nail art was created spontaneous, after I saw a competition held by #madamluck at Instagram last week. Pretty sad when I failed to be selected as one of the 15 Finalists. *sobsob*

Anyway there were lotsa awesome entries, super creative and very fine artwork. Arrrh I wish my nails was longer to enable me to draw more elaborate design :(
